To verify figures in Bilangan pekerja-pekerja yang disenaraikan di atas dan dalam lembaran tambahan and Bilangan pekerja lain, you can go to Payroll, select Maintenance and select Employee Maintenance. Here, you will see a list of your employee. Highlight one of your employees and click Edit. You can then edit Employment Date which included Join Date, Confirm Date and Resign Date.

You need to maintain year-to-date data from January to April. To do that, you can go to Files and select Payroll Setup Wizard. Click Start and go to Year to Date Entry. If payroll transaction date starts from May 2008, you can select Year-To-Date entry up to April year 2008 to enter payroll transaction. Then, click to enter year-to-date payroll data.

To enter data in Section F of Income Tax EA report, you can go to Payroll, select Open Past Payroll Transaction, select month and click Open. You can select one of your employees to edit their profiles. A table will appear at the bottom when you click on Payment of Arrears. Here, you can enter data for Section F of Income Tax EA report.
