This is to make data entry easier in Stock Documents.
The automatic data copying feature will copy the value entered into the fields(columns) of Location, Project No and Department No. in the previous row into the new detail row.
The image above shows that the value of the columns (Location, Project, Department) in the 2nd and 3rd row of the details were copied from the 1st row, while the 5th and 6th row copied from the values of the 4th row.
