By submitting this form, you expressly consent and authorise Auto Count Sdn. Bhd. ("AutoCount") to collect and disclose your personal data and relevant business information in accordance with the terms set out below.
ROLE OF AUTOCOUNT
You acknowledge that:
AUTOCOUNT is not a financing provider, lender, or credit decision-maker;
AUTOCOUNT acts solely as a facilitator to enable you to connect with BNEXT DIGITAL LENDING (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. ("BNEXT") in relation to e-Invoice financing;
AUTOCOUNT's role is limited to transmitting your information to BNEXT upon your request;
AUTOCOUNT and BNEXT are independent entities, and AUTOCOUNT is not affiliated with, and does not act as an agent, partner, or representative of BNEXT; and
nothing in this arrangement shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship, nor does AUTOCOUNT have any authority to act on behalf of BNEXT.
PURPOSE OF DISCLOSURE
Your data will be collected and disclosed for the purpose of facilitating your request to be considered for e-Invoice financing and enabling BNEXT to assess your creditworthiness and financing eligibility.
DISCLOSURE TO BNEXT
You agree that AUTOCOUNT may disclose and transfer your data to BNEXT and its affiliates, partners, and service providers, for the purposes stated above. Upon such disclosure, BNEXT may collect, use, process, and disclose your data as an independent data controller in accordance with its own policies and applicable laws.
TYPES OF DATA
The data disclosed may include, but is not limited to:
identification and contact details;
e-Invoice data and transaction records;
any other information you provide or authorise to be shared for financing assessment purposes.
VOLUNTARY NATURE OF CONSENT
The provision of your data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the required data or consent, AUTOCOUNT will not be able to facilitate your request.
CUSTOMER AUTHORISATION
You present and warrant that:
you have the authority to provide the data submitted;
you authorise AUTOCOUNT to disclose such data to BNEXT for the purposes described above;
where you provide personal data relating to any third party (including but not limited to your employees, directors, customers, or other individuals), you have obtained all necessary consents and authorisations, and have provided all required notices, in accordance with applicable data protection laws to enable AUTOCOUNT and BNEXT to collect, use, process, and disclose such data for the purposes set out herein.
CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER
You acknowledge and consent that your data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions outside Malaysia by AUTOCOUNT and/or BNEXT and their related entities.
LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
AUTOCOUNT shall not be responsible for any decisions made by BNEXT, including any approval, rejection, or terms of financing;
AUTOCOUNT shall not be liable for the use, processing, or handling of your data by BNEXT or any third party following disclosure; and
AUTOCOUNT makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability, suitability, or terms of any financing offered.
DATA PROTECTION BY AUTOCOUNT
AUTOCOUNT will take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is securely collected, transmitted, and handled prior to disclosure to BNEXT, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
DATA
AUTOCOUNT may use, process, and disclose data that has been aggregated, anonymised, de-identified, or otherwise transformed such that it does not identify any individual, for purposes including analytics, product and service improvement, research, statistical analysis, and internal reporting. Such data shall not be considered personal data, and may be used by AUTOCOUNT on an ongoing basis.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your data will be processed by AUTOCOUNT in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Once disclosed, your data will be subject to BNEXT's privacy practices, and you are encouraged to review their applicable privacy policy.
