Question: My smallest UOM is 'Unit' and the larger UOM are..'Pack' and 'Box' ... How to set 'For every sale of 20 Box... entitle to 1 Box as FOC item... ?
Answer: the FOC item is always in the smallest UOM. So... the setting will be: (assuming 1 Box = 10 Unit)
Highlight the UOM, then set the FOC condition:
* requirement: FOC Quantity and Multi UOM modules are enabled.
