RM100 million Geran Digital PMKS MADANI (GDPM) introduced under Budget 2023 for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and small hawkers.

The Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF) has allocated a RM100 million Geran Digital PMKS MADANI (GDPM) through Budget 2023 catered for local Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and small hawkers in Malaysia to propel digitalization, supporting MSMEs in integrating digital solution into their business operation by dispensing a 50% or up to RM5000 support on approved solutions acquired through the grant.

There are seven digitalization area or solution category can be selected by MSMEs to get support under GDPM, namely:

  • Digital Marketing/Sales
  • Digital Payment (Cashless)/Electronic Point of Sales (e-POS)
  • HR Payroll System/Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”)
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”)/Accounting & Tax
  • Digital Signature
  • Cyber Security
  • Internet of Things (“IoT”)/Intelligent System

The grant will be facilitated by Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) along with its partner Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC).
